Very slow! It’s too many people working in this store for it to be so slow. Please do better, I had to drive off 2x this week because my order wasn’t ready when I pulled up to the window —despite placing an order on the mobile app.

To be honest I felt a bit unsafe at this restaurant but the staff were busy abe friendly.

I ordered a venti but was given a tall instead. Rather than remaking the drink, the barista just poured the smaller drink into a venti cup and filled the rest with ice. The result was a watered-down, barely flavorful drink. This is not the standard I expect. I hope staff are better trained to either remake orders correctly or at least be upfront with customers instead of trying to cover up a mistake.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. I ordered an iced lavender cream matcha, but the drink was clearly not made properly. The matcha powder was not mixed at all, leaving large clumps floating throughout the drink. When I tried to drink it, it was extremely bitter because of the unmixed powder. I went back to the counter and politely asked if they could remake it. Instead of acknowledging the issue, one staff member looked at the drink and told me she didn’t see anything wrong with it. The unmixed matcha was clearly visible, so that response felt dismissive and quite unprofessional. Mistakes with drinks happen, and most customers understand that. What’s frustrating is when staff refuse to acknowledge an obvious problem. Thankfully another employee eventually stepped in and offered to remake the drink, which I appreciated. However, the initial attitude made the whole interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Customer service should involve listening to customers, not dismissing their concerns when the issue is clearly visible.

Great place. People are great. Fast service. Loved it here. Interior was great. They have artwork from Kanako Abe, which is great. Though their drive through has a long line.
